Absolute THEIVES! They have been charging my closed account for years and want to charge me fee for cancelling AGAIN! They have stolen thousands throughout these past years!!! Look at BBB with all the horrible reviews also. Wish I could give no stars...

Exceptionally deceitful company. Started charging our account years after cancelling. Decided to charge more every month although we had not made a single charge through them in years. Called to cancel again and tasked us to provide proof from years ago that we had cancelled. True slugs.

Cancelled the account but they started deducting fees again a few months later. Their customer service is deceitful (perhaps trained to be that way) and the "recancellation" procedure as difficult as possible. Will probably never see that money again and it would have gone on in perpetuity if it hadn't been caught. How is this different from being held up on the street? They should be avoided at all costs.

The absolute worst. $495 cancellation fee on minimal service. They will tell you there is some long contract but if there is they are not upfront about it. Do not use.
