United States Custom House

What an incredible looking building, cant really give a review cause it would extremely biased given my history with the custom department in other parts of the country. I would to see the inside of the building and do a review at that time.

The US Customs house is part of the Portland Seafaring history! A massive, beautiful structure, -- it's worth walking completely around it and checking it out! Just imagine the days of sail vessels coming into port and registering their cargoes here! I didn't get to go inside, but Ill bet the interior is as good as the outside!

A few weeks ago I visited the Custom's House (the inside) for the very first time and I was completely blown away by how incredibly beautiful the building is! I have walked by it hundreds of times over the years but never had a chance to set foot inside. All I kept thinking about the entire time I was there was - this is one of the most beautiful buildings I have ever been in and it would be an outstanding venue for a wedding or other milestone/important event! I thoroughly enjoyed capturing a special event held there for an important cause!
