I brought a jacket there to be cleaned, when I got it back, every single button was broken. They told me I shouldn’t have brought a jacket with those type of buttons in(they were pretty standard). Don’t you think they might have said that before cleaning it??

Only have experienced top notch service with weekly ecofriendly dry cleaning of men's dress shirts & pants. Consistent staff for years - always with a positive even keeled interaction. Surprised at the negative reviews.

I brought a comforter to ECO cleaners to have it cleaned. When I picked it up and brought it home, there was a sizeable rip in one corner of the comforter. I immediately called and spoke to someone over the phone who said that they would absolutely repair the tear for me. I would have also liked a partial refund on the cleaning, but didn't make a stink about it. When I brought the blanket in, the woman behind the counter told me that there was no way the tear could have happened at their facility (it did), and that it wasn't their policy to mend tears, so no one would have offered me that. I insisted that that was what I had been told over the phone, and she begrudgingly took the blanket. When I picked it up, it was dirty, with brown dirt spots and dust on it, and the repair was done poorly. Will absolutely not use this business again.
