I had an issue with a water line going to my fridge & had to get the issue fixed ASAP. I called Eric & he was there within hours. He quickly assessed the problem & fixed it very quickly.
He was very personable, arrived on time & cost was very reasonable. Would highly recommend him to anyone!

By far the most educated plumbing and heating contractor I have dealt with. I had a plumbing issue that 2 other contractors couldn't figure out the problem. Mr. MacVane came over on a Sunday and charged me regular rate. I so much appreciated his professionalism. Definitely would recommend him to everyone. Thank you for your service and your kind heart!

Eric from mac vine plumbing and heating was contracted by a local home improvement store to install a dishwasher. He scheduled a week and a half out and was rude on the phone saying it wasn't that long and you don't count weekends. I should have known right then.
He did arrive on time. However, was rude before even entering my home. I told him I had puppies that had been crated but they might bark. His reply was, " the whole time?!"
I offered him a brand new packet of earplugs if he should want them. The puppies actually were not barking.
After Eric rudely told me it have to clean out under my sink and I did so, removing the box of detergent and 2 spray bottles that were there....... I let him know that he'd need to come in through the back door. FYI: I have a one story house and all that was required was to walk around the garage. In a bossy and demanding tone he said, "I'm only one man with a dolly! You'll have to clean all that stuff off!" He was referring to my back deck which has a coat stand and movable puppy cage. No steps and a huge open path without obstruction. Also once entering from the back you stand in an open concept kitchen area. Easy access.
Unethical: Eric told me that the wire under my sink had been cut so he could not do the install. I said that I didn't cut anything so I didn't know what he was talking about. He abruptly said, "are you calling me a liar?" as he packed up and left. I had to go out to the driveway and tell him to leave my dishwash in the driveway. I honestly believe he would gave left with it. I had my neighbor come look under the sink and he confirmed that there was still enough length to have done the install without an electrician getting involved. I also checked with my 14 yr old.....
No one here cut any wires!
Same day I had another installer come in. He said the wire in question was a wire meant for an old disposal. There is power still connected to old dishwasher. Eric did not look at that. Doesn't know what he's doing!
Don't let this guy in your house.
