Paying for a service that doesnt even help! Called at around 5pm and no service called 4 times from 5-11pm and at 11 we had a tow coming by midnight waited till then and still nothing! It has been over 24 hours and no one has called us back! I had my Father tow it and we payed for a uhaul! Totally disrespectful and waste! Being lied to and put on hold for 30 mins +

A couple of years ago, I switched to AAA of Northern New England. I had home insurance and insurance for my truck. During my 2 years with the company, I had one claim. An uninsured, unlicensed, unregistered mototorist hit me. I was not at fault. AAA took care of the claim, but I was out a $250 deductible. November 2023, I was looking at my billing statement. I was paying $908 every 6 months just on my truck. A high mileage 2017 Chevy Colorado. I have a good driving record with no moving violations in over 40 years. My home insurance was reasonably priced. I called and inquired why my premium was $1816 annually on an old truck. The response was, "That's just the way it is." My truck is garaged and in rural Maine. It's pretty safe. I shopped around and found a local broker. They saved me $ 2175 a year when I bundled my two motorcycles, my house, and my truck. The truck with the same coverage was $570 a year. AAA of Northern New England is good insurance, but it is expensive. That's just the way it is.
