Just sucks they changed their hours recently. I understand its hard to find labor right now but it seems like it would be worth it to pay a little more to hire people who dont hate their job and their customers, when the business is in such a prime location with a parking lot and everything. Im sure theyre losing a lot of customers by not being open until 7 or 8. But even closing at six, when I come in at 4:05 with a small load for the smallest washer, which would be done BEFORE other loads people were allowed to put in at 3:55, and I get turned away even though Ive been a reliable customer for years, who has always gotten out before close, frankly thats just insulting. Id be happy to change my review if the business wants to let me know theyre changing the policy so that its ok to use the smaller washers until a little bit later, rather than it being one cutoff time for all loads.
