Mi Sen Noodle Bar

Absolutely disgusting as well as being massively under portioned and overpriced. Two out of three chicken skewers that were barely the size of one normal chicken skewer were wrapped in Black hairs.... Long black Hair some grey ..... Terrified as to what I missed in the noodles I ate. For the skeptics my head is shaved.

I ate here on a day trip to Portland. I ordered a veggie tom yum num sai noodle soup. I'm not sure if it was the fact that the broth's different with the vegetarian option, but the soup was just bland. At a 4/5 spice level ordere, all I got was steamed veggies, noodles and tofu in boiled water. Vegetarian options: They have a bunch of vegetarian options which is what made me go there.

A really great Portland local spot with an expansive menu! Got the Drunken Noodles and the chive cakes and they were really tasty! Food only lost a star due to the spice level, I really wanted to clear my sinus with that heat but the level 4 heat was mild for me. That being said, overall it was a spacious environment, the staff were very accommodating with walkins for a Saturday night, and food came within 10 minutes of ordering. Have a taste yourself X

Love Mi Sen!!! They are my take out preference in my hood. The wonton soup soo yummy and has a unique acidity to it that is amazing, and the ginger noodle entree is like a warm hug. I did take away a star because the noodle portion has decreased, and the lettuce has increased in my favorite dish. I know times are tough for restaurants, so I just pay for extra noodles and get takeout less frequently. Really, great food. If u haven't tried it, you should.
