Christina Farynaz was a god send! Dealt with all of my quirks and took us to so many houses while I had weird reasons for a no or a yes. Was extremely patient and very professional. Knew all the answers to my millions of questions including the ones I asked numerous times because I forgot the answer or didnt understand. Very prompt answering texts or calls. She was everything we needed in our first time home buying experience. Found us the perfect home and we couldnt be happier! I could not have asked for a better realtor to guide me through this very stressful and crazy experience especially during this Covid-19 pandemic. After 2 years and 18 offers I have finally found my very first home!!! Thanks so much for everything Christina!

Working with Christina Farynaz was an absolute delight! She is so knowledgeable about the housing market, and about home ownership in general. Any question I had about the houses we looked at, she was able to give detailed explanations to me as to what I was looking at and how I would manage it - as a first time homebuyer, I really valued this expertise. On top of being able to trust her insight and knowledge, she is just a fantastic person to work with. So kind, pleasant, fun to be around - she truly made the home buying process fun! - while I felt that she was extremely supportive in helping me find the home that fulfilled my vision, I also felt that she was protecting me in giving me very sound advice. As for her strategy and negotiation skills - she and her negotiation skills are the reason why I ended up with my dream home. The sellers tried to negotiate something that would have been much less favorable for me, and may have resulted in me losing the property, but Christina masterfully negotiated the situation and ultimately the sellers accepted my offer - thanks to Christina!! I will absolutely work with her again; anyone looking to buy or sell in Maine, you have to work with Christina!

I can't possibly say enough good things about Christina Farynaz, who worked with us for a solid year until we found our dream home. Christina's patience and understanding in helping our family navigate our changing priorities in an unfamiliar market were exemplary. She was able to give us such wonderful advice and guidance throughout the processes, which we appreciated as first time single-family house buyers. She was a tremendous advocate for us, and when the process got rocky, Christina went to bat for us again and again to ensure that everything went smoothly by the time we got to closing. I recommend her wholeheartedly - she is truly wonderful to work with, and the best of the best!
