We wanted a home in Maine, but live in Connecticut now. Mary scouted out promising properties and walked through several with us over FaceTime, including the condo that we just bought. Mary was tenacious in getting information from the builder and the sellers agent. She really shone during the pre-closing period by keeping all the groups communicating, which was surprisingly difficult. She has been a great help following the closing as well by helping tradespeople get access before we have moved in. We highly recommend Mary for buying or selling a house in Maine.
