        I paid to have them move a 1bedroom apt from Portland to Saco. I went w them because they were cheaply priced... 3ver heard the saying "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR?" Well believe me this is so true they were friendly enough but they knew they were taking stuff to my apt in 2hich I'd meet them there and lock the door cause I 2qsnt moving in till the next day. When I got there the next day I found my couch standing on 3nd.brand new couch may I mind you. When I set it on it's legs I noticed the movers had broke the back board of the couch so I called to try to get something done. The lady says I just get paid to answer the phone. She had the mover call me in which he denied everything of course and said I broke it when I set it on it's legs. Mind you this is the dude that I paid and he couldn't wait to go smoke crack with the cash I gave them cause it had to be paid in cash.DO YOU4SELF A FAVOR.. STAY FAR AWAY FROM TINY TIMS. They will say they have never damaged anything but what they mean is they've never owned up to breaking anything. They like to say we are insured but do not do claims to fix things they break. YOUVE BEEN WARNED!...... Thanks Tim but u know squat. How do u remember the conversation 2hen the only person I spoke to besides the lady that answered the phone was the dude Kevin that broke my couch. As expected, more lies

        Awesome experience with this company! I was able to get them scheduled in less than a weeks notice, they were very nice and very efficient. Cost was lower than expected given all that they moved. Will use again for sure!

      Tim from Tiny Tim's moving in trucking we're sorry to hear that things didn't work out we do an over the phone estimate there's a lot of things involved and I remember the conversation over your move in particular that you were going from Portland to Saco I understand it was a one-bedroom but we do explain it very clearly that the time starts from our location to your location load up whatever you have bring it to your new location unload the travel time from Saco which is about a half hour back to Portland so we make that very clear unfortunately we have no control over the time frame it's all in the customers hands and wants that's where the total time will come down to the overall cost of the move yes from time to time you do get people that just don't get how the pricing works so we're very sorry that you wasn't happy with the outcome of the pricing but unfortunately the move time is all in your hands to the total cost of the move also I remember very clearly speaking with my crew that handled your move and they said when they placed the couch where you requested and left the couch it was in the condition as it was when they loaded it on to the truck and as it was when they unloaded at the new location and left it my belief was after talking to the crew that whoever moved the couch from where my movers left it into the unit once you did move in they're the ones who broke the back of the couch if it was broke we have no way of knowing it was in the condition it was in when they left also it took a few days for you to call to report the issue which leads me to believe whoever moved it was left broke it I have no way of knowing it it was even broke also you told the secretary on the phone that you were going to break the movers that was not very nice to threaten my men TIM
