        Clean and dependable. Lots of options on unit size and plenty of carts to transport items from dock to unit. Drive in ability also helpful. Sherrie in office was super friendly, informative and professional. Highly recommend as inside storage facility.

        This has been the most pleasant and unique storage space experience I've had in the many years of using spaces like these for by business and personal needs. First off, the whole experience of sitting down with Sherrie Benner, the Manager, was very wholesome and had such a classic personal touch to doing business. She also gave me some insight to which units were the most accessible and close to the entrance. She was so thorough and made sure to show me several spaces so that I could choose the perfect one for my needs. Once I chose the unit, she personally swept it out while speaking with me, and I put a few things from my car into the space, before locking it -- which she helped to make sure I knew the best way to do so. I've never had this type of positive experience before renting any storage unit in the last 10 years. All of my previous interactions were of dealing with young, college age kids, who didn't want to be bothered with helping or being friendly. if you want a truly warm and thoughtful rental experience, I can't recommend read street self storage enough. The building itself is an experience -- with it's old bakery roots, tall ceiltings, classicly remodeled freight elevator, and wood floors. The heaters inside crank too! it's kept at a decent temperature, and pretty clean too. Best of luck making your decision, but you can't go wrong with a unit at Read Street.

        I have needed storage 3 different times Read Street Self Storage is centrally located and temperature controlled! Never freezing cold never boiling hot reasonably priced units. And the manager is so friendly and helpful. Call Sherri and see what she has available. You won't regret it.
