Tuffshed is a hassle-free, joy to work with. The design-center on the website is very user-friendly and fun to use. After designing my shed, I was contacted by my salesperson, who discussed some particulars and made a few suggestions. After these tweaks, he walked me through the process. My install was 2 weeks after the purchase, and took about half a day (my shed is 12' x 18' with a loft). I am 100 percent satisfied with my shed, it's attractive to look at, very solid and very functional. No-brainer 5/5 rating.

I shopped around for a shed provider before deciding on Tuff Shed and thankfully it was the right decision. Rick Hazelton helped me refine my shed design and his recommendations made it much better. The crew who installed it couldn't have been more efficient and professional. I had my two young sons out of school so we could watch the construction and it was a fun and fascinating day. We don't have a garage so the extra usable space of a shed (for bikes, tools, toys, etc.) will dramatically improve our lives. Rick has been helpful throughout the process and I don't know that I've ever had better customer service. I'm never 100% satisfied with anything and I'm 100% satisfied with my shed and the process to get it. Tuff Shed really came through for us.

Our experience designing and purchasing the Tuff Shed was fantastic! Like many (I would imagine), we bought the shed for a specific reason other than storing lawn tools, and Rick worked with us to be sure we had a design that would work for us. He was responsive and flexible; we had a great experience with him!
I removed a star in my rating solely due to lack of communication about the delivery of the shed. Our scheduler told us that the crew would arrive 8-10 am on the date, and would call when on their way. We had hired people to insulate the floor that morning as they were assembling the shed, and had worked with Tuff Shed to figure out how to coordinate that. The scheduler knew this.
The morning of delivery, Tuff Shed was no-call/no-show. We contacted Rick, and he was able to let us know that the crew had picked up our shed that morning. We ended up paying our insulating crew to rearrange their afternoon schedule in order to stay with us - this was expensive.
At 12:58 pm, our Tuff Shed scheduler finally called us. The delivery truck had broken down at 11:30; at this point, he said, they were still an hour away from our house. They would not have met the delivery window anyway, but as a result of the breakdown they would not be able to arrive that day. We were frustrated at the complete lack of communication that morning - no contact to let us know they were on their way and would be late, no contact until 90 minutes after they broke down, and a significant added expense for us for our floor insulation crew (we had paid them around noon to rearrange their schedule - by this time, someone from Tuff Shed should have contacted us to let us know what was going on, and we would not have incurred this added expense).
When the Tuff Shed crew arrived two days later, they were great: they arrived shortly after 9:00 and were able to complete the assembly in one day. And, Rick contacted us a day or two later to see how things went.
Overall, the beginning and the ending of our Tuff Shed experience was great. The problems on the initial day of delivery could have easily been resolved with better communication - we understand that problems happen and trucks break down; the complete lack of communication that morning was infuriating and resulted in significant added expense for us that could have been avoided, which we would have appreciated.

The sales man Rick was great. Very knowledgeable . Helped with size and style and color.the install was quick, neat. I am very happy with it and the whole process. Everybody loves it!!
