My friend and I both had horrible experiences with this location. My preparer was too busy asking the woman before me what she thinks about marriage and shooting the breeze to get to me on time. I showed up for my appointment 40 mins early and didnt get to my preparer until 20mins after my appointment was scheduled, spending almost 2 hours in the office. During my appointment, he was more curious what perfume I was wearing or what I thought about fashion than focusing on my taxes. I had to keep stopping him to make sure he was entering my information correctly. When I had an issue with my return, I called the location. The receptionist was muttering in the phone and I couldnt hear anything, and the manager was asking me the same questions again after the receptionist had already spoken with them and theyd discovered that this wasnt causing the issue. They were more interested in arguing with me about doing their jobs than figuring out the issue. Finally hung up and called the 1-800 number and actually got an answer to my questions without having the answer the same question over and over because no one knew what was going on or took a minute to look over my files and figure it out. I dont like being rude but as someone who works in service, when no one knows whats going on or even bothers trying, and when theyre as unprofessional as these individuals, theres only so much patience you can muster. Dont go there.
