Barzell Pilates Certification

I was looking for a comprehensive education on Pilates with the goal of becoming safe and proficient practitioner and with an end goal of being an instructor. Jess is a wonderful educator, a skilled instructor/ practitioner and this course fulfills all of this in a positive learning environment. I highly recommend this learning experience.

Jess Pilates certification class was a 10 out of 10 for me! Without her enthusiasm, I wouldnt have had the motivation to push through the hours. The certificate was well thought through and gives you teaching on the anatomy of the body, along with a full spectrum of mat, reformer, and chair practices. Could not rant enough about how much of a value this was!

Taking Jesss Pilates Certification course was one of the best decisions Ive made for myself. Her passion for Pilates and knowledge on the human body really shone through her classes. She made all of the information we learned so tangible and enjoyable. As well as, she fostered a very supportive learning community. Im very grateful for her guidance.

My dream and goal to be a mat pilates instructor is now a reality! I started Barzell Pilates teacher training, remote from another country, in September 2022. Jess made me feel part of the group with live zoom lectures and teacher training sessions. If I had questions rewatching the recorded lecture or emailing her was an added benefit. If you have been searching for an intimate, caring, knowledgeable teacher Jess is your answer.
