image Cony village is poorly built with all promises and no finished products. Homes have so many unresolved issues in the first few years and 2 year warranty is passed between email chains with HOA and developer without results until warranty expires

image We bought our home two years ago through my agent from Jeremy. It was a spec home that wasn't completed when we put our offer in. We were tired of the crazy market and ready to close. We left a lot of discretion to the builder to not cut corners. Also, as a first time home buyer, we wouldn't necessarily have known about what corners were cut. We were nervous, but took the leap anyway.
Two years in, we couldn't be happier. Their are little details that we keep finding around the home that show forethought into things an owner might want or need in the future. Materials used in construction have also proven to be quality materials, above and beyond what could have been used to "get the same result". We have had several different tradespeople in the home. A few of them are close friends and each have over twenty years of experience. These people would have told us if they saw something wrong, but they all had nothing but positive things to say.
Thank you Jeremy!
