i was in there and witnessed a heavy man with no teeth that worked there threatening to beat up an older female employee in may! not a good or safe environment! the bottles i took in were pre counted and the guy said there was 14$ less then counted!

The team that works here is amazing! I had a very large amount of bottles to return for my son's school trip. One rounded truckload and a large landscape trailer filled. I called three different redemption centers and was turned away by all of them. I finally called Wicked Adventure Redemption and spoke with the nicest person. He informed me it was ok to bring them all down and they will set them all aside and count them for us. When I arrived with the first load it was seamless. I got a call the next day that my money was ready. I then came back with the trailer, and they helped my son and I unload all of the bottles. It was amazing and so helpful. Each employee here goes above and beyond to help customers!
