Walgreens

As everyone else has stated, this is the one of the worst places I have even been on the face of the earth. The pharmacy manager here is not a human being and should not be allowed near the public. Absolutely horrific, respulsive, disgusting treatment by her and the rest of the pharmacy staff.

The cashier's there are extremely rude I'm not talking about the pharmacy side either I was 100% the polite it got nothing but attitude I was just trying to add money to my account to pay for my doctor's appointment is that too much to ask

I have never had good customer service at Rockland location, especially with the pharmacy. With the Camden location so close by its well worth the trip to Camden where people seem to like working, they arent rude and they actually want to help a customer.

Worst Walgreens pharmacy in the nation!! Im a full time RVer and have had RX filled in Walgreens all over the US without any problems at all. This Walgreens in Rockland, ME is awful. Not only do you have to wait forever ( I know everyone is short staffed) but they said they ordered my RX due to arrive in two days only to go to pick it up and the RX is gone in their system! No RX! Called the doctor and had it resent. It has been a week and no sign of it!!! I have already stayed in the area 7 days longer than planned. Tried to call pharmacy and after holding for over 25 minutes my call was dropped!! SO frustrating!!! Dont try to get anything from this pharmacy!!

We were on our honeymoon. Woke up at midnight 2 days before our arrival to get an appt for a pcr covid test as this was the location near where we were staying before entering quebec. Got the apt. Showed up on time for both my husband and I. Drive thru employee immediately rude. Gave husband test first and he completed it and sent it back. Gave us second test and I completed it and sent it back. I asked her to please make sure collection time was accurate as this was wed and we were entering canada saturday. She got an attitude and said they dont fill any of the out. I am an RN all lab slips have a collection section to fill out. Friday at 430p my results were not even showing received yet by the lab. I called the lab who stated the pharmacy should have the fedx tracking number. Called walgreens and again rude staff who stated they dont write down the tracking number and my sample was not picked up until 2p Thursday!. 530p we get an email saying results available. Click only to get a message stating the samples were not tested due to improper id. Called the lab who stated walgreens incorrectly marked our samples and they were unable to test them and they would be disposed. As a healthcare worker this is a serious error on walgreens behalf. Not only did they screw up a medical diagnostics test.. They ruined our honeymoon and months of planning. There was no way i could get another pcr test in time to enter the country as required. I had to find last minute accommodations on a friday after 5p. Shame on walgreens. Shame. Shame. Shame.
