Called for an umbrella quote CSR took all the info and never called back as promised, even after I left a follow up vm on the second day no return call !!!!! Ugh

I got insurance to do business through these people on a truck last year, had to sell the truck due to financial issues, I got another one a few weeks ago and it was a lemon, the seller was honorable enough to give me my money back. I call a man named Cameron, he informed me that it takes time to draw up insurance policies and said they won't work with me... Absolute clowns.

unable to contact an agent because automated service requires that you have a name or extension. There was no other option

Recently I decided to shop around a little on all of our insurances. I spoke with Meesha at Allen Agency in Rockland. She was very friendly, communicated well, and was very prompt. The quote that came back showed that I had needed to shop around as we were able to save a fair amount of money every year. The follow up after the sale was great, with various folks checking to be sure we had a good experience. Meesha was also very helpful after ewe had to go back and work through a few things with the homeowners policy. I definitely recommended giving The Allen Agency a try. I had a great experience, saved money, and felt that is was treated very well.
