KUMA Fit Saco: Kickboxing & Fitness for Women

I've never enjoyed working out, after having my first baby I needed to make some positive changes in my fitness level but was nervous to because I'm a beginner. I have felt so comfortable since the first few minutes of walking into Kuma. All the coaches I've met are great. Patient, encouraging, helpful and personable. Since after the first class I've been so excited to go to the next class. Super excited to continue to go to Kuma :)

While I am only two weeks in, I hope to continue my membership for years to come. The atmosphere is friendly, everything is super clean and the classes are beyond fun. I am not one to commit to going to the gym, but when you can choose from a variety of classes and have this much fun doing it, I know that I will continue to be back each week!

I have recently joined KUMA Fit and this place has exceeded my expectations in so many ways. I felt comfortable and very welcomed since day one, all coaches are very knowledgeable and supportive and all the members are also friendly and encouraging. I couldnt ask for a better community!

It's a great space warm and welcoming. They encourage you to do the best that you can at a pace for you. I don't feel silly or judged if I have to use the modified version or aren't going as fast or as hard as everyone else.
