    My salesmen was very nice and did an amazing job. That's about the only good thing I have to say. The service dept is an absolute joke. Takes forever to make the simplest of appointments. Good luck talking to someone in maine as they usually divert you to a call center in Texas. They sold me a truck with a ton of issues. It never went through the shop properly. Luckily after about 3 weeks of problems I made them give me an extended warranty which has helped because it's in the shop every month now. At least I don't have to pay for it. This is not even close to the Prime level of service that was around in the good old days. Don't let their IRA name fool you. They are owned by a company out of Texas and changed the name to give the impression that it's the same dealership. Far from it. Even the general manager said he was disappointed with his service team ls ability to handle the simplest issues. I would run from this place and never look back. The ONLY reason I'm still dealing with them is because of the warranty I have. The funny thing is, now they send me to another dealership to have my issues dealt with because theirs can't take care of it. Extremely disappointing. Edit: after 6 months, i needed a new starter. I called and asked if it was covered under my extended warranty. They had no record of my warranty and had to consult the GM Mark. They called back and told me they had forgotten to file the paperwork but they had it and I needed to sign the paperwork for it to take affect. I came in, signed it and set up an appointment to get my starter replaced. I was told the starter would be covered under my new warranty. The next day I get an email saying I needed to approve an almost $800 repair. I called, they had no record of my Warranty, told me I bought the truck the day prior, and were extremely confused by the entire situation. They ended up replacing it for free to make me feel better which was nice. However I am baffled by the complete lack of communication, terrible customer service (aside from Alejandro) and horrible management. It is almost like no one cares and they are just there to make their parent company money by any means possible. BTW, my local mechanic quoted me $300 for the same exact repair with OEM Ford parts. Shameful and irresponsible if you ask me.
