        As others stated, I would give a zero if possible. I've had many, many issues with Spectrum over the years. Most recently I was requesting that they re-activate a cable connection in my apartment. They set up the time and were ready to sign off when I said, "I assume there's no charge for this". but WRONG. So when were they going to tell me that there's $49.99 charge?A Never, apparently. Just add it to my bill without having told me prior to. Unethical, horrible company to no one's surprise. We've all experienced it.
