Jersey Mike's Subs

Dirty, disgusting place, lack of service was obvious, check it out for yourself. I would not give them one star but they make you.

Multiple times I've come in and this is the only Jersey Mike's where they barley put meat on the sandwich. I've said something to the manager in the past but it's still a thing. Id avoid this location unless you want a bread and lettuce sandwich , because being from the place jersey Mike's was established that's not Mike's way

Service isn't great. I've placed online orders 45 minutes in advance, walked in, order still hasn't even been STARTED. It's not like they had a line out the door or had a bunch of online orders because then I'd understand. I've gone in and ordered, and watched 4 people just stand slightly out of direct view, talking while one person made all the orders coming through. Shouldn't have to stand there waiting for our food when we placed it almost an hour ago.

I used online ordering and I'm pretty sure that was the problem. I asked for no pickles, add spicy relish and set my pickup time to 11:45. It came with pickles, no relish and when I arrived the pickup time on the slip said 11:20. So it had been sitting for 20 mins getting soggy. There were also no modifications on the slip, but when checking my order on my phone, the mods were there. I would have overlooked that but when I went to eat the sub the bread was super stale on the outside and a wet, sloppy sponge on the inside. The subs are usually a bit messy, but the soggy stale bread made it pretty impossible to eat without making a huge mess. I was also informed, after ordering a fountain drink, that their soda machine was down and not making any carbonation. Overall not the best experience.

Twice we have ordered and paid online and been given a pickup time. When we arrived to get our sandwiches they didn't know anything about our order and took a while to prepare our order. We waited for a half an hour for an order that was supposed to be ready. Ridiculous!
