        Rooms ok but reasonably priced so bottom line is if you want reasonably priced lodging in the Maine southern coastal area, this might be a good option for you.

        Me and my two boys (8 AND 11 years old) went to Saco for the holidays. We stayed at the Wagon Weel Motel. A big thank you to the owner who was so kind. We lived in a small cabin with two comfortable beds. Everything was very clean and well decorated. Small kitchen for making small basic meals.... The swimming pool for the end of the day after the beach which is accessible really close by. As are the grocery store and gas stations. 2 minutes from OldOrdchard beach.... And the Pier..... We will definitely go back next year. It was a perfect vacation in every way. Thank you so much. I recommend without hesitation. Karine from Quebec xxxx

        Quiet location, friendly and welcoming owner. Very clean and functional room. Full kitchenette for an extraordinary stay. The trolleybus picks us up from 9:45 a.m. to take us to the different stops on its route (water games and beach) until 9:45 p.m. Monday to Wednesday and Thursday to Saturday 9:45 a.m. to 11:45 p.m. Rooms: Very clean

        The room had a horrible odor, like sour cabbage. The bed was comfy and the TV was great (smart TV)

      Hi Baa Bee Dee, we are sorry to hear that there was an odor in your room. Had we known that was your experience we certainly would have made accommodations for you. There is a larger sewer flushing being conducted nearby us in the City of Saco. Unfortunately that has caused an unpleasant odor to circulate the property from time to time and it sounds like it may have gotten sucked into your room. While that is out of our control, we will continue to rectify the issue with the city and any impacted rooms. We are glad to hear you enjoyed the beds and streaming tv.
