This is quite the interesting review. We have recorded the model and serial number for the original belts, and in reviewing - we sold the correct part number the first time around. As far as pricing is concerned - they are two different part numbers for two different belts and we don't make up the price, that comes from the manufacturer. If you want the different belts you say you needed, we had them and offered to exchange - but we aren't going to lower the new belts $20 each just because the wrong unit was used to look up belts. You said yourself you have more than 10 of these machines, it is quite possible the one brought in was not correct. Nobody lifted their shirt for intimidation, it's called an insulin pump and it can get uncomfortable throughout the day and needs to be adjusted. Given the circumstances it's quite obvious why we may be carrying today since there was a mass shooting last night and the maniac has not been apprehended. For anyone's reference, the model number recorded at the original time of purchase was Gravely 991232-0400**, last 2 of the serial number was not legible. The belt we looked up and sold was 07200806, confirm it for yourself. The belt in question that was requested the second trip around was 07200036. There is a $15 difference between the two, feel free to look it up. If you're going to write a bad review - please be sure we earned it. I witnessed the entire interaction with my counter guy - it was certainly not as you describe.

Over the past 4 years we have increased our repair capacity by over 50% and what most people understand is that we repair thousands of machines every year here, not dozens. Certain times of the year are tougher than others with everyone showing up at the same time, and much to our disliking we are still experiencing vast numbers of backordered parts from manufacturers, labor shortages, and cost increases from 10%-60% across the board. Sorry we weren't fast enough for you.
