Our daughter recently relocated to Portland from CT. After settling in, she was prepared to move forward with the purchase of her first NEW car! Being familiar with the business, we worked together to find the best Subaru dealership in the Portland area. After speaking with other local dealerships, we landed at Patriot. Trying to assist with the process from another state is no simple task yet, the TEAM at Patriot Subaru hit a grand slam in the bottom of the 9th! Special thanks to Josh and Matt in Sales for their understanding and expert customer service throughout the two-day process. Matt Rieders was EXCEPTIONAL in every way humanly possible!! He heard and listened to my concerns and went the extra yard to ensure that my daughter was thoroughly educated and comfortable with the pending purchase. The result was an excellent experience for all of us and the keys to a 2024 Crosstrek! This dealership nailed it from A-Z. Thank you all for your sensitivity and basic humanity.
