Ive lived here for four years. It is safe, clean and well run. Lauren the manager is very quick to respond to any concern. The on site laundry is maintained and easy to use. I love it.

Hello I'm currently in my second year here. The things that really made me choose to stay here are: the high ceilings as I'm a tall guy and that can be hard to find, the elevator in the building as I am a disabled veteran and it's also super convenient otherwise, Lauren the building manager is awesome at keeping tenants informed. I've personally seen her go out of her way to sweep up broken glass that wasn't even in or around the building itself but, on the back entrance road. I also enjoy the security of the building which Lauren stays on top of. Finally the recycling and trash dumpsters are great because you don't need to worry about buying the orange city trash bags for them. The biggest downsides are: the walls are a bit thin but, honestly for me it hasn't been a huge issue my neighbors are and the building is pretty quiet. Lastly parking unless you purchase a parking permit, of which there is a limited number, you do have to park at the lower half of the midtown lot. The price is definitely worth it and I'd recommend asking her about availability if you decide to live here. In winter you do have to move your vehicle out of the back lot and midtown lot for plowing and such. However Lauren, as I have mentioned before, does a great job at informing the tenants about this and sends out information ahead of time to let us know the times when this will occur.

Ive lived here for six years and find it to be safe quiet and clean with good management running the place so I love it

The property manager Lauren is very good. She goes above and beyond. Everyone seems very friendly.
