I had the pleasure of working with Amaya today. She helped me open an account for a family member. Anytime you have to go in to any bank, it can be very overwhelming, thankfully I was connected with Amaya. Her knowledge and professionalism about the account I needed to open was so appreciated! She was able to answer all of my questions, even when she wasnt sure of the correct answer, reached out to the right people and got an answer. Working with someone who is open and honest also makes for a great situation. Thank you so much!! This is just one more reason why I do my banking with AFCU!
