        David will steal your money. He will charge you for things that he did not do. When he makes a mistake in the design he will charge you more money. Do not let the bank work directly with him because he will take draws he does not deserve. He took a$15K draw from us for a driveway I paid cash for. Craftsmanship is horrible because no reputable contractor will work for him. He was also inappropriate with my wife.
