The market right now is challenging and discouraging but Gesine Weller of 4MaineRealty didnt stop looking for our perfect house. What I love about her approach is that she is brutally honest. Yes, shes trying to sell you a house but she wont let you buy something that will be a money hole or reveal problems in the future. She is very knowledgeable about structural integrity and what to look out for. There was no pressure to purchase something we werent completely happy with.
