        A very lovely spot and close to everything! If theres an issue the foxcroft management are responsive and quick to get the issue resolved!

        Look NO further!!!, this is the place to live!!!! I absolutely LOVE my townhouse, and the property it's self!!! 1. The Management Team is AMAZING!!! plus, all the maintenance people, and staff are Amazing as well!!! and very responsive to your needs!!! 2. Location, LOCATION, and location.... you can not get any better of a location then here, in my mind. Everything you could basically need is less than 5 to10 minutes away!!! Including even the heart of Portland and the Airport. 3. I am very proud to call Foxcroft my home!!!

        I have lived here for a good chunk of time. Pet-friendly and safe. Really good location, walking distance from stores, restaurants, and Eastern trail. Peaceful and quiet living amongst large trees. Most neighbors are friendly and stay to themselves. New beautiful community garden available for small fee

        Mold and mice are the problems here. I am very sensitive to mold and there was remnants of an issue on the ceiling in bathroom and in a closet in bedroom. Did a surface test which showed an issue. Humidity in summer is extremely high and moisture comes up through the first story floors. Also grows on the kitchen cabinets. Found mold growth behind the toilet tank and on the the tank itself underneath. Mold was growing under the shelves in upstairs closet. Mice are in storage unit and destroyed an heirloom hook rug that was in a plastic storage bin. Mice are in the walls as well. Cat pointed them out to me by staring at wall and caught two while I was there for 2 years. Also started hearing them. Was told "Well, it is winter in Maine". Too bad they don't take issues more seriously.

        I've resided on Foxcroft Drive for more than a year and have thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood, finding it exceptionally safe. Claudia from the office has consistently proven to be extremely helpful whenever we've needed assistance, and the professionalism displayed by the management and maintenance teams is commendable. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking a rental property.

      Thank You Eliza!We appreciate the kind words and we love all of our four legged residents here at Foxcroft. We have some of the most pet friendly policies around. The convenience to local amenities as well as the serene environment that surrounds contributes to the high number of long term residents. Also, there is NO fee for the community garden! We invite interested residents to reach out to the office to reserve a plot for the growing season ahead.       Hello Heidi,Thank you for sharing your feedback on Foxcroft Apartments. We value all reviews and feedback when it comes to our communities.The report of a mouse in the home was given to staff on October 11 when temperatures begin to drop, and any little critter is looking for warmth in Maine. According to Pine State pest solutions, Mainer's see an uptick in Mouse activity during the fall months.  We have a biweekly pest service for all of our storage areas, and external perimeters. Our maintenance staff responded quickly to the initial request by setting traps in places where a cat would not be affected. The work order was closed after 9 days when no activity was noted. We apologize if this was closed in error. We do rely on tenants to keep us informed of conditions within the home that need attention. We are not seeing any additional maintenance requests for this concern.In regard to the statement of mold within the home, we do not have any record of this being reported to our offices until a notice of intent to vacate was submitted.In 2023 Maine had the most humid summer since 1948. Foxcroft Management sent out a notice to its residents with tips, tricks, and other suggestions on July 18, 2023 to help alleviate any excess humidity in the home. For any concerns not able to be addressed by tenants, we ask that work orders be entered so we may correct any problems within the home. It is unfortunate that we could not rectify your concerns and keep you as a valued member of our community.We are committed to ensuring the best experience for our residents. Thus, we have heard your concerns and have made efforts towards additional preventative measures.In closing, we truly miss appreciated you as a resident, hope you are well, and wish the best for all your future adventures.Kindest Regards,Foxcroft Management
