I went in without any appointment with little time to spend but wanted to get more info and a test drive of an XC 60. Heather was extremely knowledgeable and explained clearly how things worked. She made me comfortable, unrushed and gave me a good idea of what the financing would be without having to consult a higher up. Because of her willingness and understanding, I was able to make the decision to go with Volvo. If I cant find what I want at a closer to home dealership I will not hesitate to go to Portland Volvo. I may anyways!

My husband and I both purchased cars within weeks of each other in February/March with the friendly and knowledgeable assistance of Heather. There's a little learning curve with all the new technology but with Heather's help we're getting there!

I recently purchased a V60 from Portland Volvo and I can't say enough about my great experience. Heather Neville was my sales associate and she went above and beyond in her efforts to get me what I wanted. Above and beyond! In the middle of the contract signing I realized that I wanted a different color and she totally rolled with it and found me the car I needed without missing a beat. We have a date a few weeks down the road to talk about the different computer settings which is, again, above and beyond. The dealership itself was great too. They do pure pricing so I didn't have to negotiate (which was a big plus), were very transparent about all the info I asked for and answered my questions promptly. And the cherry on top - they filled up my tank with gas before I drove away. What kind of dealership does that?! I will definitely be back!

It feels few and far between when you get great service today. Portland Volvo has exceeded our expectations of great Customer Service! Alivia Chappie has gone over the top for us! Also the Service Department was truthful dealing with a situation we had and if they hadnt we wouldnt have known the difference. Take heart there are great people and companies that care! Thankful customer! Krista
