        They were required by our builder to purchase flooring from this company.  Customer service is the worst. They do not respond to calls and if they do happen to pick up they promise but never deliver.  I have never seen a worse company in my life.  Stay away.

        Kayla came out to measure at my house on February 2nd for carpeting and tile and told me that I would receive a quote in about a week. I waited two weeks before calling the store to follow up and was assured that I would hear from her soon. I finally received an email from her on March 3rd saying that most of the estimate was complete and I would receive an estimate asap. I followed up again on March 8th and never received a response or estimate. If you dont have time to write an estimate, dont waste prospective customers time.
