I can't say enough about how wonderful Broadturn Farm is to work with! I am the mother of the bride and collaborated closely with Angela and the Broadturn team throughout the planning process. They were such a pleasure to work with every step of the way! Angela was patient and inquisitive - she asked so many thoughtful questions and really honed in on what my daughter and her husband wanted. She took the rough outlines of a vision and brought it to life beyond all of our expectations. The florals - from bride's and bridesmaid's bouquets to boutonnieres to mother of the bride's and groom's petite bouquets, and of course the ceremony arrangements - were all exquisitely composed. They were playful and loose, but sophisticated and romantic. When the bouquets and bouts were delivered to the hotel and when we saw the ceremony flowers and tablescapes at the venue, they took my breath away. My daughter was so so happy with everything, I will never forget the look on her face. Mothers-of-brides, HEAR ME on this point ... if you want creative, original and stunning flowers that reflect the of-the-moment beauty of Maine, hire this crew! Angela and the Broadturn Farm delivered the wedding flowers of my daughter and her husband's - and her father's and my - dreams. We worked with Angela of Broadturn Farm for the florals for our August 2023 wedding, and requested the bridal / attendant bouquets to be made professionally and also bought several buckets of flowers to DIY decorate the ceremony & reception spaces. To say that the flowers were everything we could have imagined and hoped for would be an understatement -- they exceeded our wildest expectations. The colors were incredible and all of the flowers were so stunning. I could not stop looking at them. I actually still cannot stop looking at them, even now almost two months after our wedding I cannot stop looking at photos of the flowers. Angela went so above and beyond with every single little detail, and while I had requested hops in the boutonniere, she & her team surprised me with hops in my bridal bouquet which literally brought me to tears. We are still having friends and family members ask us about the flowers and comment on how incredible they were. Working with Angela was the best experience, from day one she was super responsive and so thoughtful and I felt completely confident that she understood our vision. We seriously can not recommend Angela and her team enough!

For my daughters September 2023 wedding, Angela and the gardeners at Broadturn Farm made bouquets and table arrangements that were breathtakingly beautiful. All of the guests commented on the stunningly wild and lush floral accents. Aside from the bride, the flowers were the most beautiful part of the day. Absolutely stunning.

Its a pleasure to recommend Broadturn Farm - not only as a magical venue for a wedding or other event, but for the incredible floral design services they provide. Our family held a wedding there in September and every detail exceeded expectations. From the first conversation, Angela captured the floral vision for the shire-themed event, and the designers (with a special nod to John) embraced the whimsy with exquisite detail. A mixture of foraged materials from the property combined with the beautiful flowers from Broadturns fields resulted in stunning arrangements and installations located around the property. The few photos provided here dont begin to do their work justice. If you are looking for unique (or traditional) floral arrangements and installations, you will not be disappointed working with these talented artists! And Stacy and John are a joy to work with as wonderful stewards of this beautiful Scarborough Land Trust Property.

We hosted our daughter's wedding at Broadturn Farm in September of this year. Although you will need to bring everything in (except tables, chairs & benches) the effort was well worth it. The setting is stunning, and both John (owner) and Angela (floral designer) did everything they could to ensure the day ran smoothly. Angela absolutely killed the floral design element - from the bouquets, to the tablescapes, to the large urns up at the ceremony site (upper field). She really listened to what the couple wanted and envisioned - and then came through 100%. Plus she was so understanding and patient with ALL our questions and requests. We would whole-heartedly recommend BTF for anyone looking for a beautiful Maine flower-filled setting.
