Audio 'D' & Finetone Hearing Aid Center

I contacted Finetone after reading the reviews, especially the review by Dr. John Kazilonis. I've worn hearing aids for 40 years and have been with four hearing aid dispensers over the years. I needed the wax guard well glued on. My current audiologist told me they'd have to send it out to be glued, then told me they'd try glueing it themselves, which they never did. I contacted Finetone, set up an appointment and they glued it free of charge. This was in the Windham office. Just recently I needed another glue repair of an older pair. Finetone in Scarborough repaired these also. I highly recommend this hearing aid dispenser. I'll be coming back next year for new ones.

I can hear a whole lot better than the first time I went there. I was surprised on how much I was missing.

Teri Gauthier changed the hearing aid experience from a nightmare into magically being able to hear. I bought hearing aids somewhere else - the same brand sold here. For a year and a half I have gone back to place I bought them for service which didn't help. I finally gave up. Then got flyer from FineTone Hearing in Scarborough and decided to give it a try. Teri gave me a different exam and began showing me how to deal with all the issues I had with my hearing aids. She showed me how to use them with my iPhone, how to keep them from falling out and being lost. So much more. She did this at no charge because I responded to the flyer. I will gladly pay her for services from now on - because they make it worth while. I have just returned from a workshop and was able to hear everything. What a blessing. Her knowledge, skills, the solutions she offers and all with a warm hearted smile and caring is exceptional. So glad I found Scarborough FineTone Hearing. Thank you
