        Their salesperson, Mike Powers, blatantly lied to us about availability when we purchased our hot tub.Spoke to Diana, the GM, who tells me "we all have lawyers" and made no attempt to rectify the actual issue, instead, she does what they do to all their trouble clients, and cancelled my order. AFTER we spent about $7K on the pad and electrical. Stay FAR AWAY!

        Jordan helped us get the right tub for our needs. Service was prompt. We recd delivery of our tub earlier than expected and the crew did a great job. They actually Checked in several times by text. Voice-mail and email to make sure we were all set and offered a free visit if we had issue s.

        Owen at Mainely Tubs is fantastic as a tech. Hes kind and patient with all my questions. Please he has a great sense of humor. Eva is very receptive with my calls on my accounts. The desk in the showroom is also great. Love this company.
