Katie is an amazing real estate agent. She has shown us house after house always being patient, answering our endless questions and she negotiated an amazing deal for us. She also found us a real estate agent to sell our house in Boston.

We found Katie, like you are now, via Google. We had just come off a six month failed home purchase with another agent that left us feeling defeated and hopeless. We had a big ask: an FHA multi unit in coastal southern Maine, that wasnt over-budget or uninhabitable, all while living out of state. From our first phone call to the many post-close calls and texts, Katie was a fearless champion of our cause. To say she moved heaven and earth to find us our home would be an understatement. While theres no guarantee in life and certainly not in home buying, having Katie as our agent meant that if it was possible, she got it done. As out of state buyers we felt like we were informed and aware with her as our agent, whether guiding us through the Maine real estate market quirks or doing many, many FaceTime tours, she was always there for us. Even when the inevitable happened and our offer wasnt accepted, Katie was there for us to keep us going and with her, we got our home! Now as locals, though I suspect well need to get through more than a few Maine winters before we get that title, Katie has us as clients for life. Ultimately you need an agent you can trust and depend on and Katie will be that agent for you.

Highly recommend Katie! She found the perfect lakes region home for us and made it all very easy. She was also able to recommend a top agent out of state when we needed one, she really does it all. Will definitely work with Katie again!

Katie is the absolute best at what she does. Working with her was awesome - she was knowledgeable, driven, patient, responsive, empathetic, trustworthy, and fun! Katie was always available for us and always had great advice. She not only helped us through our house hunt, but she even found us a contractor to help us with a project after the sale! She will always go above and beyond for her clients. I am so glad I worked with Katie. There arent enough words to describe how amazing of an agent she is!

Katie was excellent to work with. She helped me find my first home and she was prompt whenever I had a question. She was very involved in the process. I appreciate all her hard work. I would deffinately go through her again if I'm ever looking to buy again and will recommend her to all my friends looking for their home as the process can be stressful but she made it a better experience.
