Kim is an outstanding realtor. She worked hard to get listings to me as soon as possible. She is knowledgeable about every aspect of the business and guided me with excellent advice on every step of the buying process. She is supportive and a great source of information with the many things that need to be done to purchase. Kim is a fantastic person and hard worker. My fiance and I recently worked with Kim when buying our first home, and she is an absolute delight! I couldn't imagine working with another realtor but her, highly recommend! If I ever need to buy another house, I am going to contact her first. She is so knowledgeable in her field, would help answer our questions or concerns, day or night. She is very enthusiastic and has a great personality. I felt like I was in great hands during this process. She made our experience painless. Kim was on top of everything, so fast and on point! To date, I have not bought or sold via Kim - but she has spend 'looking time' with me and has been a supporter in the real estate market - with considerable warmth and a lot of know-how. I expect we will do business sooner than later. A real winner.
