As a first time buyer, buying out of state, I was definitely a little nervous. However, I was SO impressed with the work my realtor, Heather, did to make the process smooth for me. She is so knowledgeable, and also, willing to do research when there is something she doesn't know. She really guided me through the process from financing and narrowing my search to putting in an offer (we got the very first house we put an offer on!) and putting together all of the many MANY pieces needed to close the deal. I literally could not have done this without her. Any time I had a question about a property, she was fast to find the information, or, if it wasn't available, to find the right person to ask. She was always prepared to go above and beyond to help with the unusual situations that come up buying out of state. She is also incredibly realistic about the challenges of any given property, and could give a good balancing perspective when I was only seeing the parts of a property I wanted to see. There is noone you want looking out for you more. When I someday move again, I look forward to working with her again. Thanks so much Heather!!

My realtor, Kary Goodman, is one of the smartest, kindest, and professional humans I've had the pleasure of meeting. Not only did she help me find my new home but she pivoted (many times) as I gained an understanding of what I was looking for. I cannot recommend her and Maine life Real Estate highly enough. The house search and buying process is so stressful, having someone you trust who can be your guide is so important and I feel very lucky to have had such a wonderful guide myself.
