In old-speak, I "closed my eyes and pointed at the yellow pages" when looking for an agent to help me with my home search. I just happened to phone Fontaine Real Estate and was referred to Paul Rondeau. I am so glad! Paul was able to meet with me that day and carefully listened to what I was looking for, where, and what price range. He immediately set up a search that would forward potential properties to my inbox. Right away I found what turned out to be the perfect house. The asking price was more than I could afford, but because Paul reached out to the Seller's Agent nonetheless, circumstances resulted in my being able to purchase the house at a much lower price, including furniture! Paul walked me through the closing process and genuinely cared that all of my questions got answered and any potential problems were resolved before papers were signed. Paul Rondeau is a real estate gem who I would highly recommend.

Ashley Rondeau was recommended to me and after talking with other realtors I could tell that she was going to be the right fit. As a first time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions. Throughout the whole process she was very available, knowledgeable, realistic, and got me the things I needed from the seller to qualify for FHA. The biggest plus I would say is that my closing period was very short, and she worked in lock step with my lender and the seller agent to make sure everything stayed on schedule. She helped me manage some very stressful moments and ultimately got me into a house that's right for me. After the sale, when I still have questions, she still has time to answer. The free moving van from Fontaine was also a nice perk and one less thing to stress about.
