Sure Express Custom Crating and Shipping

The entire experience working with Sure Express has been outstanding. Judy - the point person on telephone - communicated regularly and professionally, but also in a way that was personal and familiar. Tom and Ray, the two men who delivered our family heirloom from Maine to Pennsylvania, were efficient, punctual, and did a perfect job of loading and unloading the piece. The packing my chair received prior to traveling from Vermont to Washington State was fantastic. I was so impressed with the structure of the shipment. What a job!

The lady I spoke to was very rude. I was dealing with one of her customers directly and she stated she didnt care who I spoke to etc. she was outright rude and ignorant. Didnt let me talk and explain to her that her customer confirmed the delivery.

1 star is way too many I called about a package I was trying to track as a company directed me to them the woman I spoke with was beyond unprofessional really rude & needs to get training on customer service

Judy and Sure Express are the only ones to use if you need an item delivered safely and efficiently, especially internationally..! There were a few hiccups with pick up due to the auction house (and not Sure Express themselves) but Judy was so pro-active in ensuring the item was delivered safely to London, UK and went well beyond her remit in ensuring customer satisfaction. Judy and her colleague called me a number of time to update me with the progress and the tracking ID and once the item had arrived, it was very, very well packaged. I had bought a 19th century painting and was worried about damage during transit. However, the item was packed in a number of layers of bubble wrap, a polystyrene box and then a stapled cardboard box to ensure safe transit and I couldn't have asked for a better job packaging the painting. The item is a present for my partner and I am beyond happy with the speed of delivery too. Judy is proactive and very reliable. I won't hesitate to use her services in the future when shipping from the North East coast to UK. Thank you ever so much, Judy and the team at Sure Express.
