        We waited a month for an appointment to have our business taxes done as well as our personal. Tina was very rude to us and rejected us right from the start. She would not do our business taxes because "she was too busy." When we told her we waited a month for an appointment she told us the scheduler lied to us about our appointment. She even said Turbo Tax would be a better option. Honestly, she came up with every reason not to do our taxes. This was a very poor experience and I WILL NEVER USE H&R BLOCK. I would give 0 stars if I could. The place also stunk, probably because of the mildewed 20 year old carpet. In addition, the pictures in the Google listing are NOT the actual pictures. This H&R BLOCK is in a tiny, old, run down building on the side of the road, not in a downtown city area.
