        Had an appointment for 0900 hrs or 9:00am. Arrived a little bit late and would have been willing to hang around if someone else was given my spot. After standing around with no one in the booth I just assumed they had gone for a break as it got to be 0930 hrs I finally asked one of the walmart workers if anyone from Jackson Hewitt was here, thier reply was not yet. I'm not pleased. The least that could have been done was a call to reschedule or to offer me somewhere go.

        I was in and out in about 35 minutes. Dan from the Portland ME office was highly professional and answered all questions. I hate taxes like most people. But this visit was a breeze. Ill be there again next year!
