        Rainbow Restoration of Greater Portland saved our home from substantial flood damage. We had over two feet of seawater in our front rooms.from the January , 2024 storms which carried in a lot of sand and debris. The seawater damaged all of the drywall and was wicked up behind the walls ruining the insulation. All of the flooring and carpet was saturated with seawater and sand and was ruined. We have owned our family home for thirty years and never have had any water problem. It is hard to describe how much damage and muck that Rainbow had to deal with and remove.. Rainbow jumped right on the nasty mess and prevented further damage. We are so grateful and appreciative of Rainbow's timely and superb restoration work. Every aspect of dealing with Rainbow was top notch starting with Ben (the owner), Adam (General Manager), Jen (in the Office) and the onsite work crew . They did everything they said they would, went above and beyond by quickly dealing with our damage and was always responsive to our questions,. They deserve to have your business.. We had some unusual needs due to health issues and they were thorough in arranging for testing, and very attentive and reasonable in coming up with a mitigation plan; and then they were able to do the work within days to fit our tight schedule. P.S. Two years later, Ben remains a generous and knowledgeable source of information and advice, guiding us with a reassuringly calm directness through a recent situation.
