        Updating my review. Yesterday i posted about a delayed delivery and i should have waited prior to posting. Steve went out of his way to contact me and apologize for a delayed lumber delivery. It's a dog eat dog world out there in the customer service industry. I'm human. I made a not so nice review that day, but bottom line is , I got my wood. I should have called sooner and made better arrangements on my end. Pricing was fair and the kind folks at hammond were working hard doing what they can in today's service industry. Kudos to Steve for reaching out to me today. I appreciate that more than he knows. That alone shows me that hammond takes their customer service very serious. I will definitely order from here again. Thanks Hammond Lumber.
