My experience to date has been exceptional. Communication has been superb - I have received replies to all of my questions within minutes to hours (and I have sent way too many emails). I have felt confident that my small business has been guided in wise, financial directions. Only good things to say!

I have used m&p for several years for my business taxes. While fees have increased, I still feel that they are the most comprehensive caretaker of my taxes and finances. They are proactive and if and when there are questions or issues they are on top of them. I trust them to do whats best for me and my biz and they do it well

Working with John was great. After the business transition in 2017 things went down hill. Knowing business transitions can be tough, we gave them the benefit of the doubt, hoping they would iron out the wrinkles. Unfortunately, it is now 2023 and those wrinkles seem to be just getting worse. Multiple emails to get a response, slow billing, complete and total lack of empathy. Its really disheartening and goes to show what happens when a family run business, that thrived for years, gets taken over by selfish people whose bottom line is money with no customer service. We will not be continuing our business with M&P after this year.

So far so good. Prices went up... bummerBills not sent out... bummer Work done for me has been great and fastAll information and questions have been followed up with in a reasonable time. Interested in seeing the future of the business Been working with them for 6+ years.  Where covid hit and new ownership, im willing to review in 2 years with different expectations
