I went to the store today looking for a scarf and had to deal with a very rude employee. She acted like I was bothering her and for this reason I will never spend a penny in this store.

I love coming to the store, people always welcoming and nice. Never had any problems. I just want to say thank you to all workers.

Bought a duffel bag, the zipper doesn't close. Called customer service and explained that I didn't have the receipt to see what to do, and they told me to bring it back to the store. Drove an hour back to the store and they told me they can't do anything. Called customer service again and they told me to go back and...I don't know....make a scene. Really seems like a simple problem with a clear solution. But now I'm just headed home with a broken bag and no assistance at all from a company that is certainly flush enough to fix their issues. UPDATE: JCrew in Freeport had absolutely no problem handling the issue.

RoseMary B is a terribly rude employee at this location. Curt, dismissive, most of all unwelcoming. Because of her I will not be returning.
