Averill Construction replaced my entire roof a few years ago. Now its leaking, which means I am going to have to find a reputable roofer to fix the leaks. Dont ever hire this company!

If there were negative stars I would check them. Jeff is extremely unprofessional, lacks professionalism! We hired him for a bathroom remodel, November 25, 2020 he never finished the job, the work he did is shortly and not what we had asked for!! Tried several times to get him to come back and finish he doesnt reply. What a waste of money now we need a new contractor and will toss thousands more out cause of Jeff. Service: Remodeling

Jeff Averill paid for $1,400 worth of custom stair treads with a bad check in February of 2020. We are currently pursuing legal action against him. Also, Averill Construction LLC is no longer a valid legal entity in Maine.

Jeff Averill of Averill Construction underbids so he gets the job. Will tell you everything you wan't to hear before he gets that first check and after that you will experience your worst nightmare. He is incompetent, unreliable, has horrible attention to detail, uses every excuse ever told and will never follow through with any of the promises he makes you. Do not get fooled like we did.

I've had some really bad contractors over the years but Jeff Averill of Averill Construction is by far the worst and its not even close.
