The staff here are great, I could not find most the things I was looking for and they saw I was a little lost and helped me find the things I was looking for. The rose toner I was looking for wasnt sold in store so they suggested another brand. The lady behind the hair counter also helped me pick out a new hair gel since they dont carry the brand I used. The curlsmith line is more expensive than the line I used previously, but Im glad I invested because its better quality and a little goes a long way. I bought it a month ago, use it everyday and have barely made a dent in the bottle. Amazing service!!

Excellent experience! The person who waited on me (Elise) was great. She was patient, listened to what I was looking for, and made excellent recommendations. She didn't try to sell me the most expensive product; she showed me what would work! And it did. I will definitely be back, and I appreciate the customer service, which is so rare these days!

I have a teen who I come in with and like to shop for myself and my daughter but I am limited on the amount of time I can prolong stand. We would be able spend more time and money in your store if you had a few places throughout the store where older people and people with disabilities could sit down.

If you want a hair dresser thatll tend to what you want and do it correctly hands down go to CARLA shes so amazing at what she does and always makes you feel comfortable and such a genuinely nice lady. Would always recommend her to everyone ! Cant ever go to anyone else thanks Carla!
