I have only been a patient for a short while.  I received a call four days before my next appointment informing me that the office would no longer be open on Fridays (which happens to be the only day that I can come in and the day of my next appointment).  I originally chose this office based on the fact that they were open on Fridays, and told them that when I became a patient.If this was indeed their decision, there were much better ways to handle it - and more notice than four days should have been given.  While the treatment was fine (rough cleaning but otherwise OK), their administrative practices clearly leave something to be desired.
