They bought Andy Valley Service and what a difference. The staff at Andy Valley Service was awesome. Now that we have Troiano, they don't communicate, changed my pick up date, they are awful! Find someone else to pick up your trash.

These guy are double charging me for something I paid for already not a company I want to do business with anymore we only had one pick up from them and I paid for it and they are trying to charge me again for the pick up I already paid for not a good deal

Can you ask your driver for 15 Bates st in Sanford to move the dumpster back the eight feet where it belongs instead of out in the driveway where he/she keeps leaving it over the past six months. Still just sitting 8 feet out of the spot it belongs in. Great job not reading the reviews and communicating with the driver

I contacted this company as my brother rented his commercial dumpster over the summer. His property and mine sure a dirt driveway. And Leroy told me no as my home is in to residential of an area. Mine you my neighbor is my brother with a dumpster from the same company. He excused this with no wanting to damage the dirt driveway. Although my brother and father have had heavy loads in and out of this driveway since the 70s. I explained that I felt that this was discriminatory as my business is cleaning and theres an auto shop. The reasoning made no sense why I could not have a commercial dumpster for my business as the dumpsters could sit right next to each other. I am very disappointed in this companies inability to work through this will me and I will never rent from them or recommend them to anyone. The customer service is anything but that. If this is how they treat a potential client Id hate to see what they do when something goes wrong with a dumpster they have rented out. Very poor experience. Shameful really.
